               Award Nominations due September 26th!

CRITERIA:

• Employer must be a member of the Jefferson City Area Chamber of Commerce
• Nominees should be an employee other than the owner or partner
• Only one nominee per business

RECOGNITION:

• All nominees will be named in the e-connection emailed to 1,700 Chamber members
• Finalists are included in a video program at the Business Summit November 6
• All nominees will receive a certificate of recognition at the Business Summit 

SELECTION:

• Members simply nominate an outstanding employee by completing the short form below
• Nominees complete a job profile form by October 9 to be considered for the award
• Finalists will be featured in a presentation during the Business Summit

Winner will be named at Business Summit November 6 and will receive $100!
