On the Farm with Lavender Rhapsody

Scott and Cathy Smith established Lavender Rhapsody in central Missouri in 2006. Their 40-acre lavender farm features 14 different varieties, and they offer many events and programs during the bloom season as well as U-pick options. They will discuss how they came to dedicate their farming life to lavender and the joy and satisfaction they gain from growing this fragrant plant. They will also bring some culinary treats to share with the audience and examples of products crafted at their farm.
