RISE UP (Rape, Incest, Survivor & Empowerment United Project) is a national anti-sexual violence 501c3 non-profit organization

RISE UP Foundation is committed to providing youth prevention education to prevent sexual violence.   RISE UP Foundation was birthed in 2022 after Founder, Raylene Duckworth identified the lack of youth prevention resources in underserved and rural communities.   Duckworth who is a survivor, experienced the lack of support for families of sexual assault in a small northeast Missouri community when her 16 year old was sexually assaulted.  This became her mission to not only prevent sexual violence by teaching prevention to youth.  The Foundation is based in Jefferson City, Missouri and provides sexual violence prevention education to youth in Mid-Missouri and Northeast Missouri communities.
