The Chamber launched a new program to serve as a resource for small business owners and managers by identifying challenges and solutions to issues they face in their day-to-day business operations. Small Business Roundtable discussions are held every other month with the participants determining future topics of discussion. The next Small Business Roundtable will be held June 9 from 8:15 to 9:30 am at the Chamber with the topic “5 Ways to Improve Hiring, Engagement & Retention of a Quality Workforce” presented by Gary Wilbers of Ascend Business Strategies.
