Big Brothers Big Sisters of Jefferson City is combining two “fun fundraisers” (Chili Cook Off and Cornhole Tournament) on Thursday, October 24, at the Jefferson City Jaycees Fairgrounds. The Chili Cook Off is scheduled for 5-7:30 p.m. and the Cornhole Tournament begins at 5:30 p.m. Registration fee for the Cornhole Tournament is $100/team (includes 2 t-shirts, 2 chili cook off tickets & beverages; register for either amateur or skilled division; cash prizes for 1st & 2nd place teams); Chili Cookoff is $50/team (includes 2 t-shirts, 2 chili cook off tickets & beverages; chance for bragging rights trophies); and General Admission is $15/per person (before Oct. 15) and $20/per person (at event).
