Capital Region Medical Foundation will host its 2nd Annual CRMC Summer Kick-Off at the Capital Region MU Health Care Amphitheater and Ellis-Porter Park pavilion. This free, family-friendly event will be held from 11 - 3 and will feature a bounce house and obstacle course, face painter, balloon artist, kids’ books and guest readers, healthy summer snacks with demos and chef hats for kids, EMS and law enforcement, therapy dogs, therapy dogs, giveaways and so much more.

You can also join the Sam B. Cook Healthplex Fitness Center for an outdoor workout beginning at 7 a.m. at the amphitheater. 

It’s sure to be a fun day! 

Food trucks will be available for lunch purchases.
