Join us Saturday, September 20 for a 5K Trail Walk/Run that honors cancer survivors and raises awareness about the healing power of movement, community, and support. Whether you run, walk, or cheer from the sidelines, every step helps us provide free fitness and wellness programming to those reclaiming their health after cancer treatment. All proceeds go directly to Livestrong at the YMCA, helping individuals regain strength, confidence, and connection. Come enjoy the crisp fall air on a scenic trail course, soak in the community spirit, and move for a mission that matters. Let’s come together, celebrate survivorship, and make every stride a symbol of strength.
