Bankcard Customer Support Specialist
C&S has an immediate opening for full-time Bankcard Customer Support Specialist in Jefferson City.
Salary/hours for Bankcard Customer Support Specialist: $17.50/hr.; Monday-Friday 8 a.m.-5 p.m. and rotating Saturday hours from 8 a.m.– 12 p.m.
Responsibilities for Bankcard Customer Support Specialist:
- provide customer support to external and internal customers via email and telephone concerning consumer and small business credit and debit cards
- process payments, reports, and credit card applications
- handle internal and external customer issues and inquiries, work on projects and research/resolve customer requests
Requirements for Bankcard Customer Support Specialist:
- prior banking or credit card industry experience is a plus.
- computer experience to include Microsoft Word and Excel
- excellent oral and written communication skills
- strong analytical skills, attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- average typing skills
- must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
