C&S has an immediate opening for full-time Bankcard Customer Support Specialist in Jefferson City.

Salary/hours for Bankcard Customer Support Specialist: $17.50/hr.; Monday-Friday 8 a.m.-5 p.m. and rotating Saturday hours from 8 a.m.– 12 p.m.

Responsibilities for Bankcard Customer Support Specialist:

• provide customer support to external and internal customers via email and telephone concerning consumer and small business credit and debit cards
• process payments, reports, and credit card applications
• handle internal and external customer issues and inquiries, work on projects and research/resolve customer requests

Requirements for Bankcard Customer Support Specialist:

• prior banking or credit card industry experience is a plus.
• computer experience to include Microsoft Word and Excel
• excellent oral and written communication skills
• strong analytical skills, attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• average typing skills
• must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
