C&S has an immediate opening for a full-time, temp-to-hire HVAC Sales Representative to work territory in Jefferson City after completing training in St. Louis.

Salary for HVAC Sales Representative is commensurate with experience + commissions after training; + travel stipend while training in St. Louis

Responsibilities:

• prepare cost estimates, prices, proposals and supplemental information for HVAC projects
• read and understand plans, specifications and addenda to complete quotations
• document and organize work by maintaining project files
• build relationships with customers
• provide guidance, technical assistance and product information for customers
• prepare submittals and releasing order and tracking orders
• coordinate shipping and returns

Job Requirements: 

• 2+ years HVAC industry experience with 2+ years HVAC Sales &/or Engineering experience
• BS degree preferred; minimum required: associates degree in engineering, engineering technology or construction 
• ability to complete training in St. Louis
• HVAC field experience and taking-off equipment for mechanical drawings
• knowledge of design and operation of HVAC systems
• knowledge of sales process, sales support, technical support and customer service
• computer and web-based programs knowledge
• excellent sales, inter-personal and organizational skills
• highly organized, driven, assertive and self-motivated
