Hybrid Customer Support Specialist
C&S has an immediate opening for a full-time Hybrid Customer Support Specialist supporting a large healthcare program. This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door with a stable organization and transition into a permanent role.
Schedule & Work Environment:
- Monday–Friday
- Training: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (on-site)
- After Training: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Hybrid Schedule: 3 days work-from-home, 2 days in-office (Jefferson City)
Job Responsibilities:
- Review and enter client information to determine eligibility for medical assistance programs
- Make occasional outbound calls to gather or clarify information
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and case updates
- Assist with processing applications, renewals, and inquiries
- Explain program guidelines and next steps to clients in a clear, professional manner
- Meet daily performance and quality goals
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Adaptable to changes in policies and procedures
PREFERRED (BUT NOT REQUIRED):
- Experience with data entry, call center, or customer service roles
- Background in healthcare, public assistance programs, or case processing
- Familiarity with reviewing information and making eligibility-related decisions
