C&S has an immediate opening for a full-time Hybrid Customer Support Specialist supporting a large healthcare program. This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door with a stable organization and transition into a permanent role.

Schedule & Work Environment:

  • Monday–Friday
  • Training: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (on-site)
  • After Training: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Hybrid Schedule: 3 days work-from-home, 2 days in-office (Jefferson City) 

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Review and enter client information to determine eligibility for medical assistance programs
  • Make occasional outbound calls to gather or clarify information
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and case updates
  • Assist with processing applications, renewals, and inquiries
  • Explain program guidelines and next steps to clients in a clear, professional manner
  • Meet daily performance and quality goals

Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Adaptable to changes in policies and procedures

PREFERRED (BUT NOT REQUIRED): 

  • Experience with data entry, call center, or customer service roles
  • Background in healthcare, public assistance programs, or case processing
  • Familiarity with reviewing information and making eligibility-related decisions
