C&S has an immediate opening for a full-time, direct hire, Hybrid Desktop Support Technician in Jefferson City. Must reside within commuting distance from Jefferson City.

Hours for Hybrid Desktop Support Technician: Monday-Friday 8 a.m.-5 p.m. (3 days in office; 2 days remote) Salary is commensurate with experience including benefit package.

Responsibilities for Hybrid Desktop Support Technician:

  • troubleshoot software and hardware failures
  • provide tier 2 level of support for end users
  • work with Active Directory, RSA, JIRA, Exchange and SharePoint for user account creations, terminations and changes
  • image and deploy laptops to end users
  • remote support

Requirements for Hybrid Desktop Support Technician:

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • healthcare terminology or IT background experience preferred
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
  • knowledge of MS Word and Excel
  • strong communication, time management and customer service skills
  • Healthcare, Medicare or Medicare Advantage knowledge preferred
  • ability to problem solve, identify customer needs with appropriate issue resolution, work independently and efficiently
