Mid America Bank is looking for a Loan Processing Manager to lead our Loan Processing Department at our Wardsville branch. This position is ideal for an experienced banking professional with strong loan knowledge, leadership experience, and a passion for coaching employees and improving processes.

The Loan Processing Manager will oversee the people, processes, and systems supporting consumer, residential mortgage, commercial, agricultural, and real estate lending. This leader will work closely with lenders and other departments to promote accurate, efficient, and consistent loan processing across the bank.

What We’re Looking For

• At least five years of loan processing, loan operations, or related banking experience
• Previous management, supervisory, or team-lead experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of loan documentation, systems, workflows, controls, and compliance
• Proven ability to coach employees, establish priorities, manage competing demands, and improve processes
• Strong communication, organization, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with loan software applications and Microsoft Office
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred; relevant experience may be considered
