C&S has immediate openings for full-time, temp-to-hire Welders/Fabricators in Jefferson City, Missouri.

Salary/hours for Welders/Fabricators: $21/hr. (NEW PAY RATE); 2 shifts available; Monday-Friday (3:30-11:30 p.m.) or Sunday-Friday (11:30 p.m.-7:30 a.m.)

Responsibilities for Welders/Fabricators:

• operating a multitude of welding equipment
• working primarily on aluminum, steel, and galvanneal requiring a high grade of skill
• inspect materials or structures requiring welding
• monitoring processes while staying aware of overheating levels and safety
• examine created welds to check for defects/flaws
• work and adhere to all safety policies

Requirements for Welders/Fabricators:

• must read blueprints and weld metals according to customer or employer requirements
• must be able to perform set up of machine, preventative maintenance and safety and quality checks
• requires high school diploma/GED
• must have 1+ years of experience in welding
• must have clean background, the ability to pass a drug screening
• steel toe footwear needed
