You will serve as a resource for complex servicing matters, coach and train team members, help coordinate departmental workflow, support audits and reviews, and partner with management on process improvements and department initiatives. 

The ideal candidate brings:

• Five or more years of relevant banking or loan servicing experience
• Advanced technical and compliance knowledge
• A talent for coaching and supporting others
• Strong judgment, initiative, accountability, and professionalism
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• An interest in continued leadership development
