With a Master’s in Adult and Continuing Education from Kansas State University, Jessie began her career in education and has since dedicated her professional and volunteer efforts to lifelong learning, leadership development, and organizational growth.

As the franchise owner of The Growth Coach of Columbia, Jessie empowers business owners, executives, and professionals to achieve sustainable success through strategic coaching and leadership development. Her expertise in creating strategies, connecting people to resources, and raising awareness has been a driving force throughout her career.

Her previous roles include Fundraiser and Public Relations Director for Douglas County Senior Services, Director of Philanthropy at Stephens College, and Executive Director for the Greater Missouri Chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association. In these positions, she led initiatives in fundraising, community outreach, and advocacy, strengthening the impact of each organization she served.
